No charge for the current readings

All seven introductory readings currently available on Clew cost US$0. We do not collect payment, enroll you in a subscription or convert a free reading into a paid trial. There is therefore no purchase to refund or subscription to cancel in this version.

You can stop using Clew at any time. No cancellation fee applies.

If a reading doesn’t work

Check the date, local time and selected city, then try again. You can regenerate a supported reading for free. If the problem continues, contact us with the topic, browser and a description of what happened.

A provisional reading may change when an exact birth time becomes available. A reflection may not resonate with you; it is a traditional interpretive prompt, not a promised outcome.

If you believe you were charged

Contact us with the date, amount and reference shown on the receipt so we can investigate. Do not send card numbers, bank credentials or identity documents. The current Clew website does not have a live payment checkout.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that apply under consumer-protection law. Any future paid offer must have its own clear price, delivery details and applicable refund or cancellation terms available before purchase. This page does not authorize future charges.
