Using Clew

Clew is intended for adults aged 18 or older. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. You may use your own birth details or details you have permission to use; do not submit sensitive information about someone else without their permission.

Provide information you believe to be accurate. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated requests to disrupt its availability.

What the service provides

Clew calculates a Korean Saju chart and selects introductory interpretations from a defined collection of writing. It is a cultural reflection and entertainment service, not a professional consultation. It does not offer guaranteed predictions, diagnosis, financial advice or a factual assessment of another person’s thoughts or feelings.

Birthplace coordinates, historical time-zone data, minute-level precision and different Saju conventions can affect a chart. Unknown birth times produce provisional readings. The calculation details shown with your result explain our convention and limitations.

Price, delivery and access

The currently available introductory readings cost US$0. No subscription or card is required, and no recurring billing takes place. Results are displayed on the website; they are not emailed or permanently stored for you.

You can regenerate a result using the same inputs. Availability may be interrupted for maintenance or technical problems. An optional Google account lets you sign in to My Clew; it does not save introductory results or authorize charges. Your results and our content

You may save and share the reflections provided to you for personal use, including the supplied copy function. You remain responsible for any personal information you choose to share. Do not present a Clew reading as an expert assessment or guaranteed outcome.

Clew’s branding, website design and editorial content belong to their respective rights holders. The permission to use the service does not grant a right to resell or reproduce the service commercially.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what the website receives, how the calculation is processed, and how to make a privacy request.

Responsibility and your rights

You are responsible for decisions you make after reading a result. We work to keep the service functional and its descriptions accurate, but do not promise that a traditional interpretation will fit every person or circumstance.

Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights. We will work with you in good faith to address a service problem. Any dispute remains subject to applicable law and any mandatory rights available where you live.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes and will show the effective date here. Material new purchase terms will be presented before any future purchase; this version does not authorize any payment. Questions can be raised through Contact.
